Christmas BBQ event & Goat Competition Prize Giving

We are holding the Xmas function and prize giving for the Goat Competition at  Lake Hayes Estate.
(Sharon and flatmate Katie have offered their house and garden again)

We've also invited members from Upper Clutha and Central Otago as we are neighbouring clubs.

Those that have been before,  know there is plenty of room in the garden so bring the kids & dogs (bouncy castle planned) and the house is large enough if the weather turns out unfavourable.

We will have a BBQ available to cook on 

What to bring:

There will be some meat and hopefully goat but if you require more and salads or vegetarian items to go with the meat, please bring your own.

There are some beers and soft drinks provided but always good to bring more. There should be plenty of seating and hopefully weather warm enough to sit in the garden

Time: 2pm onwards, Food served from 4pm (for the kids) and adults after 5pm

Goat Competition Prize Giving at 6pm 

Everyone welcome - family and partners (great chance to meet other members) .

Where:

24 Herries Lane, Lake Hayes Estate.
Please do NOT use Google maps - it will take you down a footpath and wrong. It is the road off Onslow Road - see below
