Clear your calendar for Thursday, 29th May, this is a big one! We’re bringing the club together for a proper feed, a bit of friendly competition, and a few important votes.

Whether you're a regular or a new face, this is a night to reconnect, celebrate, and shape the future of our branch.
When
6:00 PM – Kitchen Opens
Drop off your dish, warm it up if needed, and get ready for a great evening.
6:30 PM – Pot Luck Dinner & Drinks
Bring a plate to share; wild game, finger food, dessert. Whatever you’ve got, we’ll make room for it.
The bar will be open, the stories will be flowing, and it’s a great time to catch up with fellow members.
7:30 PM – AGM & Club Meeting
Time to have your say. Vote in the new committee, hear club updates, and help shape what’s coming up.
An important part of the AGM is the election of the club’s leadership team: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and general committee members.
If you’d like to put your hand up or nominate someone else, please email your nomination to info@southernlakesnzda.org.nz before the meeting.
8:00 PM – Trophy Awards
Show us what you’ve been chasing this season! We’ll announce winners for antlers, tusks, and horns.
