THEME OF MEETING
Antler, Horn and Tusk measuring night followed by the AGM and a brief meeting. This is when the ballots are drawn for the private hunting areas we get access to once a year.
You must be present to win the Ballot, however due to the late night, juniors do not need to be present in order to win.
POT LUCK DINNER
As this is a bigger night than normal, we have a pot luck dinner that starts at 6.30pm before the AGM. Bring along your hunting dish to share.
