Christmas Members BBQ event

To co-incide with the goat shoot weekend, we are holding our club Xmas function at  Lake Hayes Estate. (Sharon and flatmate Katie have offered their house and garden again)

(We've also invited members from Upper Clutha as we are neighbouring clubs.)

Those that have been before,  know there is plenty of room in the garden so bring the kids (bouncy castle planned), a golf putter if you want to try out the 9 hole pitch and putt and the house is large enough if the weather turns out bad

Nathan will be cooking on his  BBQ "Frank".

What to bring:

There will be plenty of meat but if you require salads or vegetarian items to go with the meat, please bring your own.

There are some beers provided but always good to bring more. There should be plenty of seating and hopefully weather warm enough to sit in the garden

Time: 2pm onwards, Food served from 4pm (for the kids) and adults after 5pm

Everyone welcome - family and partners (great chance to meet other members) .

Where:

24 Herries Lane, Lake Hayes Estate.
Please do NOT use Google maps - it will take you down a footpath and wrong. It is the road off Onslow - see below
